I started out working with clients to reduce their overhead and increase their sales and client retention. I got tired of negotiating prices for my clients to save them money and became an Independent Merchant Services Rep so I could write better deals for them. That was over 12 years ago. I have a retention rate of over 90%, unheard of in this industry. I believe it’s more than the savings I provide for my clients. It’s the extra effort I put into making their lives easier regarding their Merchant Services accounts. I have a software/IT background. I can help design your solutions around your business needs and work with your web developers to make that happen.

My Merchant Services clients are the ones that convinced me I needed to expand into Executive Coaching. Because I’m not formulaic in my approach, I customize our sessions to fit your individual needs. In this world, we can no longer separate our business and personal lives. We also need to integrate all this with our personal beliefs, missions, values, and life goals. Formulas just don’t cut it.

Most of my clients meet twice monthly for 1 1/2 hour sessions. Our goal is to increase your overall joy as we navigate decisions that can be challenging, making sure you are in alignment with your highest good.
